I am Singaporean
I am not an archaeologist,
nor a farmer.
I do not live in a castle,
or eat grasshopper,
nor ever fight with a bull.
I do not know Ashlee, Chloe, or Hillary from Singapore
although I'm certain they're really really nice.
I have a government,
not princes and princesses.
I speak English,
and Mandarin,
maybe a lil French (kissing I mean)
The word 'Leisure'
I pronounce it as 'Lee-sure'
Not 'Lair-sure'.
I can proudly sew my country's flag on my clothes
and that the stray cats are Singapore's icon (wtf!)
Singapore may be the smallest,
but we are the finest in Asia.
Our S-League may be a bunch of monkeys
We are multi-culture, multi-racial
I am Felix
And I am Singaporean
