Tuesday

Another 2 more days to go. The heat is unbearable.

I'm still waiting for 2 p0licies to be in-f0rced.

Had a really bz day. Was preparing the d0cts for the appt at night.

Was really disappointed when one cust agreed to buy a p0licy and had asked me to prepare all docts while she went out for lunch. When she came back, she hestitated and decided to go ahead with another transacti0n. Sianz.

But I had a better case in the later part of the afternoon. Which made WK waited for me for a couple of hours. He had came in to change new notes, but I was terribly busy. He sat at the c0unter for almost 2 hours before I was ready to talk to him.

I had my first meal of the day with him. At 5pm. That's how bad it could be.

Went back to clear some work before leaving for 'jaybee'. It took me slightly more than an hour to travel from 0ffice, pump petrol, leave 'jaybee' and reach back Sing@p0re.

Since I was still early for my app0intment, I went to wash the car again. Met my cust0mer at 9pm, got the d0cts signed and treated him to dinner.

One of the highlights was these vouchers.

Got this from one mystery sh0pper for my service. =)

I really enj0yed my work al0t. But much s@crif@ce had been made. Lack of sleep. Lousy complexion. Lack of personal time.

Gosh. I need to prioritise my time again.

Random

The date with the new girl went well. I got her new blings the moment I took her out. She was silent, yet responsive. Just the type of girl I like. But that very same day, I had to spend $100 on drinks.

Took her out to JB. Had wanted to give her some shades, but ended up waiting for the girls to have their hair done.

Took a couple of shots of her with the dopod, which unfortunately does not do justice. It was really tiring to bathe two girls concurrently.

So here she is...

I've been doing several cases of insur@nce this month. I realized most people does not know the difference between fin@nci@l, retirement and est@te planning, or what really happens after the death of someone. Or how the sum @ssured is going to be divided upon death.

I was out of br@nch most of the time today. Been running all over the island. From Jur0ng, to R@ffles, to Serang00n, to B00n L@y...

Lol... one of my customers even gave me her c0mpany's c0rp0rate gifts.

Sorry for the non-sequence. I'm dog-tired.

She

After submitting 2 cases of in5urance, and 2 cases of investments yesterday, I had nothing to report today. Super sianz.

But I went to HQ to submit a case of term l0an. Was an opportunity to lunch with Gerrie.

While on the way back, I met Cheryl. Been a very long time.

Valerie called today. The appointment she had set me up with a model is confirmed.

Tomorrow would be a better day. I made 4 appointments, and am going to meet a really beautiful girl.

Money

I've spent $111 on cab fares within 3 days.

It's absurd!

I spent another $70 on apple juices.

It's crazy. But fuji apple juices come to Singap0re once a year only.

But I got a great buy today.

$13.90 for a car vacuum cleaner.

And it comes with a free shampoo!

Running

The amount of stress increases as the days go by. I have my rest of the week packed.

Just today, I spent another $40 on cab fares, running to AMK to meet C@rmen, to MS to meet AH and May, then to meet Valerie to give her a cheque for 'match-making' me with one of the nicest-looking models.

Updates on this model next week.

Nights.

Is The Party Over?

After a miserable party at the br@nch on Sat, I went down to Grand Hy@tt.

The B@nk held an inve5tment c0nference, titled 'Is The Party 4 Equ1t1es 0ver?'. This came timely, esp. when the D0w and N@sd@q slipping on Friday.

Coincidentally, there was a private function held on the second floor of the h0tel. The signage says, "XXX's 1 year old birthday party".

How lucky!

When I reached the venue, there were booths set up, as if it was a career fair. I had my attendance signed and the B@nk gave us a bottle of merlot, and another bottle of chardonnay.

@berdeen gave away mini-fans and note books,@berdeen bags, B@rclays nothing, @lli@nz card-holders, 5chroders notebooks and 1st St@te bags.

Each fund h0use sent a rep to discuss its views on the current m@rket, what it's going to be like in 08 and 09, and which area to 1nvest in.

All in all, the c0nference took 4 hours for the fund h0uses to give its views. The Q&@ was surprisingly interesting.

Tea break was good. Got together with the girls from my batch and it seems everyone has been doing well. The food was ok, with salmon bread and chocolate.

Some of the girls adjourned to B 0ne for the party after the conference.

No doubt I would want to win an iPod or a digi cam, I thought I could use my Sat better.

Nights.

The world's full of crazy people.

Here's proof:

0nly F0r The R$ch

We've all heard about the world's most expensive haircut, most expensive wine, and occassionally we get to see some of the world's most expensive cars.

But what about the most expensive car wash?

F00d

The thing about J@pan is that I can't figure out why some of their words sound so vulgar.

The B@nk is presenting a chance for g00d perf0rmers to go to J@pan, which includes Chiba.

And in that particular state, there is a Chiba Univer5ity.

I wonder what do they teach in that sch00l.

It 0ffers student x-change prog too!

Man, I l0ve Chiba!

As in the state Chiba.

G0ing f0rward....

They call this dish...

Kaminabe.

Each time I'm @ Waraku, I would point to the picture and say, "1 of this."

"1 KNNB." the waitress would repeat my order.

And somehow, it just feels so weird to hear that word. Maybe it's a good way for them to detress.

Imagine having the power to say KNNB to your customers without being beaten up. Lol.

Talking about food, I've been eating alot.

R0z treated me to chicken rice.

Shar0n to ice-cream.

Cat to pizza.

And I had dinner today at Tambuah Mas and cakes at Canele.

Gosh.

I should yamete stop eating.

Watch 2008

I like big-faced watches! Even Roz the granny love my Raoul. One particular brand, U-B0@t, has a really cool collection of big-faced watches.

Then again, we all know the It@li@ns are expensive keeps.

Now I'm in love with 2 Ru55ian models. And they cost a fraction of the price.

999 Limited edition pieces.

How did you celebrate the arrival of 2008?

The B@nk opened half a day only and B0ss asked me to buy B0tak J0nes for everyone. It was such a coincidence that WK wanted to lunch at my area and he took me to collect the food.

B0ss' treat.

The boys celebrated by having dinner and a KTV sessi0n at the Club. B4 the cl0ck hit 12, the DJ tried to hype up the atmostphere but to me, it was an utter failure. But it was all good that they had this lucky draw.

I was looking at the market though. US st0cks ended tumultuous 2007 in the red, with D0w and N@sd@q on the downward trend.

Another depressing news to note was G0ldm@n S@chs raised its 0il price forecasts for 2008, saying it could reach US$105 by the end of the year. From just below US$50/barrel in January 2007, prices doubled in 2007, hitting US$99.29/barrel on 21NOV07.

Anyway, here's wishing all of you a great and fantastic 2008. God bless.
