Amway is not readily available in Singapore though. I had it imported through Gus' cousin for S$28 per pair.
Amway helps save time. Because it's liquid type, waxing is made easier. Instead of the usual 3 hours to wash and wax, one and a half hour was all I took this afternoon.
The other day when I went to the clinic, the doctor confirmed my fears. My knees are damaged and she told me to stop running, just like what the MO said. The doctor said my knees are 'twisted' and sports can worsen the situation.
Well, I went for another run just now.
How not to run? Must lose the excess baggage I've been carrying, and also Ippt is coming in a few more months time.

Last night, while having prata with Gerrie, we were talking about buying a house in future. I went to check out the prices of resale flats and houses in Queenstown and Bukit Merah area are so freaking expensive. One 4room flat can fetch over S$300k can! That sum of money can get you an Executive in other areas!
(No Dear, we can't afford your dad's place. His' worth more than one 4room and one 5room flats combined together. *Faint* Value taken from resale flats at Queenstown area somemore wor!)
Since young, I have always dream of having my own place. Designing the pad and all... The living room would be painted white and light green, to give the rustic feeling with wooden furniture.
Bedroom would be plastered with wallpaper to give the room a royal feeling. Store-room would be converted into 2 sections. On the left side of the room, it stores shoes, and the right would store the bags. They would be displayed on white racks with pebbles. Nice. As if you are stepping into a boutique.
Been thinking of the future again. Wonder how Monday would go. Wonder what would it be like for the next 1 year. Wonder what I would do after that 1 year.
