Smarter Ways To Shop
Unlike rice who gets-free-plan-but-still-don't-want-to-waive-off-my-charges, we mortals have to pay our phone bills. My number has not been changed. The additional number would be reserved for texting.
Btw, rice, you gotta re-text me your new number.
Cheers.

There are so many ways to shop smart.
1. Wait for sale. GSS, End of year sale, Christmas sale, Pre and post CNY sale. For those of you who shop in heartlands, there's always the Moving Out sale. They always have it all year round, and never move out. Amazing.
2. Get connection. Get further discounts from friends who have privileges, be it Club21 membership or discounts at DFS. These savings are substantial.
3. Try online. Prolly you can find cheaper stuff, but no one can promise the authenticity. Plus you have to bear shipping cost.
4. Look at your cards' privileges. Who knows. You might just get 10% off your dinner at NYDC.
5. Accumulate points using your card. I just realised there are so many attractive things to redeem with UOB Rewards Plus program. From watches, vouchers, shavers and even hotel rooms!

Maybe I should get another Montblanc and a hotel stay at Shangri-La.
Yes, a room would be nice now. A getaway from the city. But if you look at the prices, The Fullerton would be a good alternative. Weekend would cost $270 per night, with buffet breakfast served at its restaurant.
Exams. Make me sick.
