Dinner with the missus
Had been bugging my colleagues to go as well but they kept saying no. The funny thing is after I signed up, they were so excited about it and decided to join in the fun. Nevertheless, I have chosen a different 'state' from them. I would be going to Friendly Bay, dressed up as a hotel concierge. I'm going in my suit and tie. Golly, I can wear my swanky new shoes my missus had bought me today!
I met my missus at City Hall and we walked past Pedro, which was having sale. I was so inconsiderate, taking more than 5 designs in my hand but couldn't care less because it's been such a long time I have bought any shoes. Ok, fine, I bought the Raoul pair less than 2 months ago.
And my missus helped to select the finest choice and even decided to surprise me by paying for it. Thank you Sweetheart! Have been looking for that particular design for the longest time but never quite found it. Saw a couple before but they cost over three hundred bucks. Think Pedro is having this 10-30% discount promo. Missus got mine for over a hundred.
Because she gave me a treat at Billy Bombers last night, we decided to eat something simple. We had fried rice and suan la noodle at Asian Kitchen. Totally amazing stuff.
