A Terrible Morning

Slept late last night, trying to rush through the BPA assignment. Managed to close my eyes at 2:15am. Struggled to pull myself out of bed at 6-ish, only to find myself rushing out of the house at 7:35.


Was at AYE Clementi when I realised the traffic jam wasn't the usual one. Every move that I took required no acceleration at all. I only had to lift my foot off the brake pedal and within seconds, press the bake pedal again.


Imagine how slow the traffic was.





The journey from J.E. to T.P. usually take an average of 15-20minutes, but it took me 1.5 hours today.


I was tuned into the Morning Show and F.D. and Vernetta L0pez announced that the jam was up till Alexandra Road, with only 1 lane moving.





I formed some images of some huge-ass containers got smashed into the road dividers or the c0ps were taking their own sweet time to clear the traffic.


I haven't gotten into such a massive jam for a very long time!


Only 1 lane is available.


But when I past by Alexandra, suddenly every car sped off, leaving no trace of any hint or occurance of an accident.


By the time I reached T.P., I felt unwell and decided to take the day off.


What an adventure.
