In the camera the origins of linear perspective vision have been instrumentalised.

The camera is the technological embodiment of the linear perspective eye. The lens see the world as a landscape which concentre on the vanishing point. With the camera, the eye become fixated and focused and allows us to see how we have been viewing the world. The change in the camera positioning brings about a metamorphosis in the linear perspective. The focus on the subject puts it in a central position and as we approach the vanishing point, it becomes an object of thought.
The camera has made us all spectators of the world, which has become a spectacle and with bodies, has become specimens.

That is what I am able to come up with within a few hours. I am leaving for Phuket in another couple of hours. Made no sense to go sleep now.
Spiderman 3 is great. Do watch it.
For now, take good care. The news said Phuket is affected by flood. One of the worst Thailand has ever seen.
Sigh. God bless!
