Work

It's good to see my mates. Mates and br@nch people are just different. Although the time spent together is slightly over a month only, the bond we shared is tremendous.
Also got to know mates from the previous batch. They were gossiping over the branch lives they had and how stressful things are.

I guess we need to know the strengths and weaknesses of the environment we are in. But deep down, we need to know what is the motivating factor. Money may be the main one, but given a period of time, that factor would die down.
Passion is key.

It helps that the colleagues are united. It helps that your manager understands your situation and helps you along.

And it also helps that we have good food nearby the branch.
